Asana is my preferred project management tool because of all the ways I can organize and color-code. I can work on multiple projects simultaneously and not loose track of any deadlines or assets.
I start by working backward from the project deadlines. Next, I sort assets based on their priority, the time needed for completion, and the final medium through a labeling system. Then, I use columns, assignments, and comments throughout the duration of the project to ensure it progresses smoothly.
